About the event
The sun and warmth are only a couple of months away [in theory]. The Spring into Summer Series offers a consistent strength and conditioning program that will leave you tone and sculpted as we head into the summer months. 1 hour classes give a healthy dose of cardio, strength training, and anaerobic conditioning.
*bring your own dumbbells
*class can be as low or high of impact as you need
When: April 27 (MI begins April 29) - June 17, every Mon, Wed, and some Fridays
